All cubimanatoys.com orders enjoy FREE shipping - no minimum spend required

1. Order Shipment Notification


  • In-stock orders ship within 1 business day.
  • You will receive a order confirmation email right after placing an order (not a shipping notice).
  • A shipping notice/invoice will be sent via email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Orders with incomplete/invalid shipping address or requiring manual billing/address verification will be delayed. We will contact you for updated information; verification may take additional time.

2. Estimated Delivery Time


  • All orders are shipped via our official logistics partners: UPS, DHL, USPS, YAN WEN, AMAZON, etc.
  • Average delivery time: 5 to 8 business days (calculated from warehouse dispatch, not order placement).
  • Order processing time: 1-6 days (varies by season and product availability).
  • Out-of-stock policy: Discontinued/sold out items (stock unavailable for over 15 days) will be upgraded to the equivalent new model for free.
  • Late delivery compensation: For shipping delays over 10 days caused by logistics issues, you will receive a gift card or SD card as compensation.

3. Billing & Shipping Address Verification


  • We only ship to the cardholder's billing address or a verified shipping address (filed with your credit card company/manually verified by cubimanatoys).
  • Mismatched billing/shipping information will result in order hold for manual verification (up to 5 business days).
  • Unverifiable information will lead to order cancellation.

4. Order Cancellation


  • To cancel an order, contact our customer service via shopping@cubimanatoys.com (include your full name + order number in the request).
  • Cancellation is not available for orders that have been charged and shipped.
  • All cancellation requests will be confirmed via a reply email from our customer service team.

5. Lost/Undelivered Packages


  • If your shipped package does not arrive within 5-10 business days, contact us for tracking information (provide full name + complete shipping address + order number).
  • Refused packages or undeliverable orders (due to incorrect/incomplete address) will be returned to the cubimanatoys Logistics Center and deemed canceled.
  • Refund processing: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the package is returned to our warehouse.

6. Valid Shipping Addresses


  • We ship to physical addresses in the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and most European countries.
  • PO Boxes/AEO addresses are not supported.
  • All shipping addresses are verified before dispatch; invalid addresses will put your order on hold, and we will contact you for updates. cubimanatoys reserves the right to cancel orders with incomplete/invalid addresses.

7. Taxes, Import Duties & Custom Fees


  • You only pay for the products you purchase.
  • All additional import taxes, duties and custom fees are covered by cubimanatoys - no extra charges for you.

8. Wrong Product Received


  • If you receive an item different from your order, contact our customer support immediately at: shopping@cubimanatoys.com
